DESCRIPTION The guestroom is in the 5th (roof)floor. with several top-windows, you will reach it easy with a lift.
The room is 20 m² with a view to the road and a top-window. It is complete furnitured with a double-bed, coach, desk and anything you need: TV, Internet, bed-clothes, towels etc. Just in the opposite of the room is a WC/Toilet for your own usage. The living-room, terrasse, kitchen and bathroom with shower and tube you may use.        
LOCATION Kreuzberg is the center-district of Berlin. Our house is situated in a quiet road. The house is well renovated with WireTV, Elevator, heatingsystem etc. To reach the City-West you need ca. 20 minutes by Metro, € 2,50 fare, to find Kudamm, Zoo, Scene Schoeneberg (Nollendorfplatz), Tauentzien, Wittenbergplatz, Ka De We... The City-East you reach in ca. 15 minutes by Metro. You ´ll find there: Alex with TV-tower, Brandenburger Tor, Unter den Linden, Reichstag, Bundeskanzleramt, Opera, theatre, Friedrichstr... 4 minutes walk you need to the Metro, to Goerlitzer Park with kidsZoo, Swimminghall; Just around the corners you have supermarket, pharmacie, bank, Snacks, 12 restaurants/pubs, clothes, church, playground, nightbus etc. Kreuzberg is famous for its nightlife, especially the Oranienstraße with scene-life and several clubs, all you can reach by walk all over the night. STREET Muskauer Str./Eisenbahnstr. BY CAR public road, parking all around AIRPORT Berlin-Tegel and Berlin-Schoenefeld you reach it with public trafic (U-Bahn) ca. € 2,50 fare RAILWAY Berlin-Ostbahnhof, 12 minutes footwalk, 5 min bus; Metro Goerlitzer Bahnhof, 4 minutes walk METRO 4 minutes walk BUS ca. 5 buslines in 2-5 minutes distance NIGHT BUS 4 different busses, Metro upto 00.30 h number of guests Please select number of guests and date of arrival and departure.
