DESCRIPTION The holiday apartment is on the 2-nd floor of a cleaned Berlin old building (without lift) and there are 2 separate bedrooms in it: one of it with 3 single beds, another one - with double bed. Bathroom (shower and WC). The modern kitchen is completely furnished: E-stove with a Ceran field, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a water cooker, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, dishes, a cutlery, cooking dishes and what one else needs exist as well as a cosy dining area.
Parquet floors, in the kitchen and bath tile floors/ W-LAN is usable free of charge. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. In the same house there is a snack bar for breakfast. Public parking lots in front of the house are available for a fee. But you can unpack your luggage and park the car approx. 300 m free of charge. Various restaurants, bars and all Shops for your daily needs as for e. g. bakery, supermarkets, shop of the perfumery-notions goods, pharmacies, post office, banks etc are a 1 - 2 minute walk away. Arrival: from 2 p.m. (it’s also possible to make it individual) Departure: till 12 a.m. • Minimum stay: 2 nights    
LOCATION The location of the flat is very good, just near the Potsdamer Platz (appr. 10 walking min.), the wonderful Tiergarten (appr. 15 min. to walk), the well-known Wintergarten Varieté (only 2 min. away). Many sightseeings as for e. g. National Gallery, Staatsbibliothek, Philharmonie etc. are in close accessible. There are also very good public traffic bindings. The Metro Station Kurfürstenstr. U1 is in 100 m and also U2 Bülowstr. in 300 m of distance (2 Stations to the Zoologischer Garten). The Bus line M48 is 100 m away (it goes directly to Alexander Platz)and the Bus line M85 (it goes directly to Central Station - Hauptbahnhof). STREET Pohlstr. / Potsdamer Str.
